Why use EM in skincare?
Our human body carries about 100 trillion microorganisms. Many of such beneficial microorganisms live on our skin and serves as a protective layer to prevent bad microorganisms from growing. In addition, lactic acid found in EM is an important component of the skin’s natural moisturizing factor (NMF). It has also been shown to help stimulate collagen and strengthen the skin, meaning fewer fine lines and wrinkles after repeated use.

This bar of Phyllosophie EM soap is made from all-natural vegetable oils and EM, and scented by tea tree essential oil and eucalyptus essential oil. Soothing for sensitive skins or eczema. As the soap is hand-made, each bar has its own unique design. Charcoal adds a beautiful contrast.
Ingredients: EM, palm oil, olive oil, coconut oil, sodium hydroxide (reacted), rice bran oil, sunflower oil, charcoal powder, tea tree essential oil and eucalyptus essential oil.
